When we ask for a Technical Contact we are asking for the name and contact information of the person who will be doing the programming and development of your site and the integration with our systems. This person is sometimes the same as the Principal and sometimes not, depending on your business model. Essentially, if you employ someone to write your code and implement your design, the Technical Contact would be that person.
